How much do sessions cost?

Individual session rates are $95/hr

Are my sessions covered by insurance?

Yes, I am covered by a number of insurance companies. However, I do not offer direct billing at this time so please check with your insurance provider to determine which qualifications are covered

How do I pay?

Cash or e-transfer. An Invoice will be provided after each session and a receipt will be provided once payment is received

Do you need parent/guardian permission to begin therapy with my child/teen?

Yes, any parent/guardian with custody rights to the child needs to sign the intake forms.

What should I expect for our first session?

Our initial visit will be 1.5 hours, where we will go through an intake form and an assessment form. We will get to know each other better and  talk about what it is you are struggling with and working together to create sustainable and achievable goals.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel a scheduled appointment, except in the event of sudden illness or emergency. My policy is to charge $40 for any missed appointment or those cancelling less than 24hrs notice. This allows me to make room for clients on the waitlist and ensure that people are not kept waiting too long while spots open up.
