To begin, I recommend starting with three hypnotherapy sessions to ensure we can fully address and shift the root cause of your concern.
What this means is that we’re working to change how your body and mind respond to certain situations, emotions, and patterns—creating lasting, positive change.

Session 1
Our first session will be approximately 1.5 hrs, where we will talk and go through the intake form. You’ll learn self-hypnosis and explore your personal perceptions of hypnosis. We’ll do some interactive exercises and a gentle relaxation process to help you get familiar with the work.

Session 2
We’ll lay the foundation for deeper transformation. The more experience you have with hypnosis, the easier it becomes to shift multiple patterns in a single session.

Session 3
This session reinforces the changes made and helps address any remaining areas of focus.
To get the best results, I recommend booking each session approximately one week apart.
